ORDERS & SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. Orders shipping outside of this area may require an additional supplementary fee. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.
At this time, our products are third-party safety certified for use only in the United States and Canada. For this reason, we are unable to ship to any other countries.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Larger or custom items may take a bit longer.
Once your order ships, most customers in the continental United States receive their fan in about 5–14 business days (transit varies with carrier and location).
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the carrier picks up your package. Use that to check delivery progress.
Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories may take longer and incur additional charges depending on carrier service.
During holidays or high order volume, processing and transit can take a bit longer than usual—thank you for your patience!

At Arranmore Lighting & Fans, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be new, unused, and uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all components included. To begin a return, please email support@arranmorelighting.com to obtain an RMA number prior to shipping.
A 10% restocking fee applies to standard returns. Additional deductions may apply for items that show signs of installation, missing parts, or damage affecting resale condition. Restocking fees are waived for verified manufacturer defects.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed. Once received, returns are inspected (typically within 7–10 business days), and approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
