Refund policy

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, please review the policy below for return eligibility and instructions.


1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.

  • All returned items must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all hardware, accessories, manuals, and components.

  • Returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt.

Items returned without a valid RMA number may be refused.


2. RESTOCKING & CONDITION FEES

To cover inspection, handling, and quality control processing, the following fees apply:

  • 10% restocking fee on all standard returns.

  • Additional 10% fee if there are signs of installation, mounting, wiring, or assembly.

  • 20%–50% condition fee may apply for:

    • Missing parts or accessories

    • Scratches or cosmetic damage

    • Damaged packaging affecting resale condition

    • Significant physical damage or incomplete returns

Condition-based deductions will be assessed based on the severity of the issue.

If inspection confirms a verified manufacturer defect, no restocking fee will be charged.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items missing major components

  • Products modified or altered from original condition


4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Email Support@arranmorelighting.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Securely repack the item in its original packaging.

  3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return carton.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Arranmore Lighting is not responsible for damage caused by improper return packaging.


5. RETURN SHIPPING LABELS (If provided)

If Arranmore provides a prepaid return shipping label for convenience, the actual carrier cost of that label will be deducted from the refund.


6. REFUND PROCESSING

  • Returns are inspected within 7–10 business days after receipt.

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.


7. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and order details.
If confirmed as a manufacturer defect, we will provide resolution options and no restocking fee will apply.
