Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders of $99 or more to customers in the contiguous United States. Shipping is available to Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. territories for a nominal fee. At this time, we do not ship to Canada, Mexico, or other international destinations. We are also unable to ship to PO boxes.

Orders ship directly to consumers from our warehouse in North Carolina on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. In most cases, we use UPS Ground, though we may also ship through FedEx or USPS. On the day your order ships, you will receive a notification with shipping details and tracking information.

Return shipping, including any related insurance costs, is the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover shipping costs for returns.
